Safety & FAQ

Is the USA tour safe for student groups?

Yes, student safety is our highest priority. We use vetted transportation partners, stay in secure, student-friendly hotels, and maintain a high chaperone-to-student ratio. Activities like the Space Camp happen in highly secure federal/corporate environments.

What exactly does the NASA Space Camp include?

The 3-day Kennedy Space Center program includes interactive STEM challenges, tours of launch pads and the Vehicle Assembly Building, simulators, IMAX movies, and a special lunch session where students can ask questions directly to a veteran astronaut.

Do we need to apply for a US Visa in advance?

Yes, all participants must hold a valid US Visa (usually B1/B2 for short tours). Due to long appointment wait times, we recommend initiating the visa process at least 4-6 months prior to the planned travel date.
